Mr. Reg Fountain is the Manager of Provincial Emergency Social Services and has over 30 years experience in planning for and responding to emergency and disaster incidents at home and abroad.  Mr. Fountain has a Master's degree in Disaster and Emergency Management and is accredited as a Certified Emergency Manager.  Mr. Fountain's accomplishments include being the lead planner for military support to the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic/Paralympic Games and an Operational Readiness Evaluation Program for the Federal Government.  Mr. Fountain and the PESS team are currently developing a Provincial Mass Care Program for large-scale and complex disasters.
